[Horde] Dungeon quest NPCs

Sometimes the Zygor add-on gives me steps to interact with the wrong faction NPC when I enter a dungeon and load the guide for that dungeon.

For example, today i took my blood elf mage into the blood furnace. I was instructed to accept quests from a dwarf named Gunny (which I believe is what alliance players see)

but for horde, the NPC is an orc named Caza'Rez.

is this something obvious i can fix or is there some log i can provide?

What you have here is the kind of information we need to get it fixed.

Dungeon guide name
Quest name
Wrong NPC name
Correct NPC name

With that information we can find the problem in the guide files and get it fixed for a future guide update.

So with the information you've provided I can see in the guide files that it's step 2 of the Hellfire Citadel: The Blood Furnace (BF) 60-64 guide. The step is asking for you to accept Make Them Bleed, Heart of Rage, and The Breaker from Gunny if you have not previously done those quests. I also see that at the end of that dungeon guide it directs you to talk to Gunny again to turn those in. I'll get this added to our bug list so it can get fixed. Thanks for letting us know about this. Looks like the quest IDs are off as well so we'll be sure to get it all fixed.
