I see multiple addons mentioned in this error so I'm thinking it might be a conflict. Please make sure that all of your enabled addons have been updated by their authors for WoW 6.2.4. This means they would have been updated after Mar. 22nd, 2016.

An easy way to know if it's an addon conflict is to disable all other addons and see if you can get the error with only Zygor running.

My Lua errors doesn't give me any specifics. i dont know how many times i reinstalled it and its not working anymore

Please run the desktop client and use the wrench icon to select Reinstall. Also test with all other addons disabled.

I did reinstall and its saying the same thing as before. I dont not have any other addons on my wow account. the only thing that im trying to run is the Zygor Guides viewer 5.0. So i dont know what im doing wrong please give me something else than reinstalling this program.

Try exiting the game and go to your WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there.

When you say that it's not working what else is wrong besides that message in the chat window at startup?

nothing i enable it and then the message comes up and the arrow or the little box where the quest shows up is empty. and then i disable it

And if you click the orange down arrow on the guide viewer to open the guide selection window what do you see on the Home window?
