Step 154 Stonefalls 6-16

Seems to be a issue where you need to Join the Fighter's Guild to do this quest and the guide had me join the Mage's Guild and not the Fighters guild so far.

Yes that is the issue. Went to the Fighter's Guild and accepted the quests there and that quest was it.

Will check into this one. I had joined both of them on my own before the guide tried to tell me to so I never thought about it.
