Step 123 Stonefalls 6-16

Step says to press E to use the Wharf Rat to distract bartender. For what ever reason that Wharf Rat would not use and I had to complete the quest by going and getting the Wine for the guy to sing and that worked.

When I tried to use the wharf rat the other day it didn't seem to work (game bug) but I walked outside to try to find another rat and when that didn't work I went back to the same spot and was prompted to release the rat again and then it did work. I think it's just a small game glitch that caused that.
