Shadowfen Steps 704-710

These steps tell you to go to the Chid-Moska Ruins 16,65. There nothing there. Vicecanon Heita-Meen is of course near Loriasel. The lorebook "Freedom's Price", is also to be found there (Step 704).

I'm seeing the step before Freedom's Price lorebook as telling you to travel to Loraisel Wayshrine (step 703 if you see the lorebook as step 704). Did you do that? Sometimes the arrow doesn't register a map change correctly so if something seems off a bit on the arrow try opening and closing the map to see if that helps the arrow to know what map you are on.
