restarted game as stated in last post, but the guide viewer has no guides. The waypoint arrow is no longer showing, and still getting LUA error.

Can you confirm that your battle.net launcher shows them updated to 7.0.3? Also can you confirm that you have the current 5.0.14109 guide update. You can confirm that in game on the guide selection window.

hello, i am getting the exact same errors as andromissa. i am up to date on both java and zygor guides, vers 5.0.14109. guides are empty and gett the same lua error. any help?

Try using the wrench icon in the bottom right of the desktop client to do a Reinstall.

Try doing a full guide wipe/reset


1. exit WoW
2. go to the WoW/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder
3. go to the WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there
4. run the installer client and install a fresh copy of the guides
5. go back in game and see if that fixed it

Same issue here nothing works....Guide is blank and nothing but errors. Zygor only addon installed game version is 7.03 Guide version is 5.0.14112. Reinstalled Guide removed Folder fron addons and SavedVariables.
