Updated guide - Rogue - Outlaw not recommending

With the latest patch, Zygor is recommending the "Outlaw" talent spec for Rogue. Even when Rogue is already set to Outlaw, the interface says to switch to the Outlaw spec. Assassination and Subtlety work and activate correctly. Just seems to be limited to Outlaw.

I'm posting this here because I haven't seen anyone else post this. If this is wrong, I apologize. Note that I am trying this on a L47 Horde Rogue in case that makes a difference.

Try resetting the guide by exiting the game and go to your WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there.

Well, that was worth a shot but no, it didn't work. The talent advisor says:

This is a build for the Outlaw specialization, while you have chosen Outlaw. You'll have to reset your talents or dualspec to use this build.

This is the same message as before I deleted the Zygor variables (and restart WoW).

I can confirm same issue on both Mac and PC. No addons but Zygor and with WTF folder removed and rebuilt on both Machines.
