Which guide is not showing up?

I did a clean install today of WOW and installed the guide, but the repairing doesnt work.

same problem here have reinstalled did a repair disabled all my addons but still not showing not one single guide i just have a green block on my minimap and cant click it at all i have it installed right as it shows up in my addons on the character selection screen and the addons folder but not in the ingame addons tab

Have you disabled all other addons?

Its the EU silvermoon server and yes, the game is patched and al. just double checked. Its totally clean install except for zygor guides

Are there people working on it> I dont mean to rush, I have patience but I just reactivated my sub so I would like to know when I can play again with this amazing addon

Try doing a full guide wipe/reset.


1. exit WoW
2. go to the WoW/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder
3. go to the WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there
4. run the installer client and install a fresh copy of the guides
5. go back in game and see if that fixed it

Yes I'm Eu user and game is fully patched I'll try delete it all and do a full install again

Did not fix it. Did it twice now. It also gives me the version 5.0.14118 instead of 13 right now.

UPDATE: IT WORKS! the version 18 works thanks!

I just wanted to share this note...
I've used Zygor for a couple of years and I absolutely love it! The last major patch that affected my Zygor, I clicked the fixit wrench on the login screen and tried, scan and repair option, uninstall option, reinstall option and nothing fixed. I had to uninstall the old client manually. It is simple to do. This worked for me...

Make a folder on desktop, name it ZOld ,
remove (cut) the Zygor client folder from the World of Warcraft /interface/addon directory and
paste it into the Zold folder you made on desktop.

Go back to your Zygor window, click on install
It was fast, couple of seconds for me.
Log back into Wow, check addon list and enable Zygor...
Voila worked for me!

Reinstall worked for me although...

Interestingly I got a newer version from the reinstall than the patcher had been providing. After reinstall now have 5.0.14120 and the patcher says latest is 5.0.14113.

If you click the refresh icon at the top of the client it should show the proper version number for latest.
