Error while installing

Keep getting an error saying i need to connect to the internet before i can install zygor. i have most current java, i have internet just trying to figure out what im messing up on.

Try reinstalling Java from www.java.com.

Just tested and the connection to our server seems to be working fine. Double check your anti-virus and/or firewall settings to make sure they are not blocking Java or the client.

What's the latest client version? 3.1.107?

ive made sure it wasn't my firewall and ive made sure it wasn't my antivirus. java is updated and installed. what next?

it when I get to the set up right after I hit the a "Install" button. I get told "cannot connect to zygor."

Did you restart the computer after reinstalling Java?

Are you using a VPN? Have you tried a VPN? Sometimes they can cause a connection issue and sometimes they can help to work around a connection issue.

tried using a vpn and not using a vpn. still getting the same error of not being able to contact to zygor.

If you go to http://whatismyipaddress.com/ does it show you as an IPv4 or IPv6 address?
