legion profession quests

Hi,


How does leveling guide include profession quest in legion ? I mean this time profession quests take place in leveling zone and during leveling, how zygor manage to include that ?
Or maybe we can only do that with profession guide, so by changing guide ?

The Professions quests (I believe) will all be covered in the different Profession guides so you'll have to change out guides to do those. You do not need to do the profession quests to level from 100-110.

We will have them released as soon as we can. We waited for Legion to go live before creating the Profession guides because Blizzard has often changed around the professions with expansions causing us to essentially throw away any guides for them that had been created in a beta and re-write them all. This time around we decided we'd just wait until live to write them instead of wasting time in beta.

There is no ETA right now on the Profession guides. We will get them released as soon as we can.

I have been waiting patiently for these guides as well!

I am at the point now I need (well I would like) them to assist me. Thats what I am paying for elite status for (Everything).

Let the guides out of their cages!!!!

Why do we pay for elite status if stuff will not be updated in a timely fashion..

I will try to explain the status of things as best as I can. Hopefully it will help clear some things up.

Please note that we don't have any special access or privileges from Blizzard, so we have to use the resources available to us to create the content. When a new expansion is coming out we work in the beta to prepare as much content as we can in time for the official release.

Professions typically involve "build orders", i.e. routines where you collect specific counts of ingredients and create specific amounts of items from them. They are one of the guide types that needs to be very precise otherwise we risk players wasting time and gold. In beta, professions were unreliable, being changed by Blizzard all the way until the last weeks of beta, so any guide we would have written would need to be completely re-written by the time the game was launched. Furthermore, the auction house was completely inflated, so there was no quick way to "buy" ingredients like there is on the normal servers. For these reason we decided to wait until after release to create these guides.

So, now that Legion has gone live, we first had to play through things again so we could continue where we had left off. We've done that now and are in the process of writing the new profession guides, but it's not going to be something we'll have out in a matter of days. We take quality control very seriously and have a thorough QA process of polishing and testing that our guides must go through before they are released. So you can expect these guides to be added over the coming weeks.
