Yes, all honor talents are PvP only talents.

I do not know if we will release any kind of artifact talent advisor. Right now it's possible to get everything on an artifact unlocked so it's not like the other talent suggestions where you can have only 1 in a line.

Well there might be an optimal path for solo play, but if you can unlock all... Then I cant see the need to make an path of right or wrong choises to be made when choosing to upgrade you artifact weapon(s)

I believe Zygor misunderstood the question. Is there a guide that tells you how to OPTIMIZE the artifact weapon as you go along? Like how you have the helper for talents but with the weapon to tell you what points to spend on what first and what artifact powers to use and when?

No, we do not have a guide for that because you can easily obtain every skill/perk/talent (whatever you want to call it) on an artifact weapon. It just takes some time to farm up the artifact power with the world quests and dungeons/raids.

If that's not what you meant by optimizing the artifact please explain a bit more on what you mean.
