    My Payment Has Been Declined

    Hello.
    Ask immediately apologize if my English is not correct.
    The problem is that it is not accepted the payment of the monthly installment.
    I checked the balance on my credit card and is rechargeable in place.
    I checked the website and PayPal are accepted payments from Zygor and are not locked.
    I will not stay without a Zygor Guide Now that the new expansion comes out

    It is telling me that it would not work with the currently selected payment methods in PayPal. Try going into the preapproved payments in PayPal and look at the one for Zygor. Make sure you have both a primary and a secondary funding source set on the preapproved payment.

      Hello.

      I checked and I do not know why but it was not set up a second payment method and is now in place.
      Hopefully now I can pay it back on to continue using Zygor.

      you will never Zygor in Italian?

            You need to contact PayPal to ask them why they are declining the transaction. I can't make them accept the transaction and they are the ones that are blocking the payment.

              I called Paypal and I solved.
              Were problems with the credit card,
              however I reloaded directly Paypal account.
