It's supposed to! They wrote that they hope everyone will have it by 5 pm EST so it's 1h before launch! My toon is ready...just need Zygor (and maybe an ElvUI update too! XD )

you all need to have some patience and understanding. This isnt a small update. I for one would rather have a 100% ready product than something that has a bug in it and screws up my lvling or time. Let them do what they do best and thats giving us awesome guides. Chill people, it will come out

People paid to get it BEFORE the new patch launches. They had more than enough time to get things ready. Now, people are pissed because they havent got, what they paid for and what they paid for was to get the product BEFORE the new patch launches.
