Gear System trying to equip wrong Artifact weapon

My Vengeance Demon Hunter constantly tries to equip the Havoc weapons.

This would be caused by the 2 different weapons having identical stats. The gear system doesn't know one effect is for one spec and the other effect is for the other spec. It just sees the stats and sees that they are the same. Since it's the same stat score for both weapons this causes it to keep trying to replace the current weapons. One way you can work around this is to set it to just give recommendations and not to auto-equip the item. If you decline an item that it suggests then it should remember and no longer suggest that item.
