Suramar Step 414 Ghost Quest Completion

Step 1 - Turn in 'Leyline Proficiency' (completed)

Step 2 - Accept "Leyline Master" (quest giver does not offer the quest)

I completed this quest earlier (out of step, on my own) but the step window is not giving me credit for completing it.

Completing steps 414 and 415 give you the Ancient Mana Scavenging level 3 increase and I can carry 1000 already. Or am I wrong?

Turns out, I never completed step 187 (Turned in "Leyline Feed: Falnaar Arcway"). I do not know how the step window and I where not in step (ahem) as I did not click "skip step". Once I turned in the quest in step 187, the 'Leyline Master' quest popped up in step 414.

Yea, I noticed this as wells these Layline quests require ancient mana usually and at first it told me to go and farm the mana, and then I noticed it just forward to the next step leaving the quest not handed in
