Client not showing guides

Hello!
i bought elite yesterday and my client only shows " gold and aucthions and zygor guides trials " and i would like to use the 100-110 leveling guide

Try hitting the refresh button in the top right. If that makes the guides show up, follow up with a Scan & Repair of your guides, found by clicking the wrench icon of the DOWNLOAD tab

have done that like 10 times :S
