gear suggestion, blah

I'm having issues with it suggesting a better piece of gear for my warrior on any spec. I've tried everything I could think of including full wipe and reinstall of zygor. It is suggesting better gear on every other toon currently, but for some reason the warrior won't do it at all. I've disabled all addons except zygor, deleted the wtf folder specifically for that toon and still no dice at all on getting it working.

Any help would be phenomenal!

Deleting the WTF folder for that specific toon will not help as the guides do not save any settings in there. Go to your WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and in there are some Zygor files to delete. Those are the settings files and deleting them will reset the guides and should hopefully get you up and running on the warrior.

I just did that and nothing, so I tried that again with the wrench icon to reinstall and still nothing =/. I'm doing all this with no other addons installed as well. It works for all other toons except my warrior. Is it possible that it's currently not working for warrior?
I'm protection spec'd but I have tried all 3 specs and it just will not tell me it recommends to equip a better piece of gear.

When you say you tried that and nothing do you mean there were no files there to delete or it did not work?

Ok, so you did find Zygor files to delete inside the SavedVariables folder? Have you tried going into the guide viewer settings and resetting the gear suggestion weights with the button in that section?

Yes I found the saved variables and successfully deleted them as well as resetting the suggested weights inside of the addon itself. I'm relatively good at figuring out and solving most of these problems, but this one has me completely stumped.

Can you let me know what you have equipped, what you think it should suggest, and which warrior spec you are in at the time?

I can equip old world epics/greens/blues, it doesn't matter at all. Like for example I can equip a blue level 15 blue item and it won't recommend equipping an 820 blue plate item. As for the specs I've mentioned previously that it won't recommend anything for either of the 3 specs. I mainly play as protection but it's currently not working for arms or fury for me either. It was working for me a couple weeks ago and I haven't changed any settings at all other than doing the normal zygor update through the client, and one day it just wasn't working anymore. I can't specifically recall when it wasn't working anymore, I just know it was a few days before I started this thread.

Try this test to see if it makes any difference.

1. Exit the game
2. Go to your WoW/Cache folder and delete everything in there
3. Go to your WoW folder and rename the Interface and WTF folders to Interface.Old and WTF.Old
4. Run the desktop client, click the refresh icon at the top right, then click on the Install button
5. Go in game to test

At this point it should be acting as if it was the first time you ran the game and the only addon ever installed is Zygor. See if this 'clean' install makes any difference in the suggestions.

After doing all those steps in order, the problem still persists only on my warrior. I tried on a druid and warlock and they recommend gear just fine, so I further tested it on my second level 90 warrior and he is not switching gear either except when I swap to arms spec then it changes to a 2 handed weapon.

Thank you for the support and help trying to figure it out, I'm just going to deal with no gear recommending on the warrior.
