I need to update my subscription payment method with a new card number, but the "Members" page for some reason shows me as being Basic with a link to the "Go Elite" page. When I click on that, it correctly shows that I am subscribed as Elite, and the Zygor client on my computer also correctly shows me as Elite.
I would prefer to update using the site rather than email if possible, but will use email if that will not be an option. Any help is appreciated.
