Cancelling subscription

Everytime I click on the Cancel Subscription button it sends me back to http://www.zygorguides.com/ and my subscription remains active.with my next bill date still showing. I am no longer playing WoW so would like my subscription canceled please.

The subscription is now canceled. It will remain valid until 2017-04-09 18:16:00 -0400.
