Unable to install

Hello, I just got a new computer with Windows 10 and tried installing the client but nothing. I have it on my 2 other pcs and they installed perfectly. I've tried run as admin,uninstall and reinstall java, disable security software, safe mode, save it as a .jar instead of .exe, but nothing happens when i double click it or try to run it at all.

Did you just install Java today for the first time? If so, did you restart your computer after installing Java? Have you tried disabling your anti-virus and/or firewall software to see if that is blocking it?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled java. 32 bit, 64 bit restarted, run as admin, safe mode...literally everything and nothing. I am about to restore to factory settings just to install this. I need my Zygor :0(
