Blank Artifact Power Window Opening at Login

Every time I log in I get a Blank Artifact Power Window Opening and remains until I close it. I have looked through the settings to see how to disable this but cant find anything. I also have tried using the scan and repair and reinstalling the addon with no luck.

Any help turning this off would be greatly appreciated as it is just a nuisance every time I log in.

We don't touch that window so it's probably a different addon that's opening it. Try disabling all other addons and see if it opens up when only Zygor is running.
