Guide Keeps sending me back to do old steps, especially travel points

I am in broken isles and am using the guide. When i go to a new section such as aszuna, (where i've already been) it makes me go back to travel points before it will advance..it does three to four times in the 200 steps i have complete there. i have completely uninstalled, deleted from wow folders etc. I also still have one random character (each time) that the guide doesnt show up on. What gives? Each time i have to delete everything it is a different character that is missing the guide. Is there a limit to how many toons it can be on?

There are no limits to the number of characters for the guides. Have you tried running the game as an administrator? Have you tested with all other addons disabled to see if there is an odd addon conflict happening?
