Gold data out of date

I am in the same situation as Arracan. My gold data will not update and I cannot manually add my realm (Kargath) from the desktop app and if I sync manually the app says its updated but the gold data remains out of date. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it still doesn't work.

Same problem Darkmoon Faire - 409 hours out of date. Also for last couple of days getting message that I 'do not have either World of Warcraft of World of Warcraft ((Beta guides) enabled for updates' which I do and have checked the directories are correct. Guide is working ingame just not updating.

On the desktop client make sure that the box on the right side of WoW (middle pane) are orange like this picture.

Have checked and they are orange but still getting message every time I open the client

Try using the download area to grab the client installer and run that again. Also, uninstall Java and then get a fresh copy from www.java.com to install that. See if those two reinstalls make any difference.
