Window anchor?

I was having issues with LUA bugs which I fixed by wiping all of my in game settings and reinstalling the addon, but now I can't get the window to anchor correctly.

I use the guide in upside down mode, and what I expect to happen is when the window changes size (due to different step details) the "Zygor" logo stays in place and the window grows upward.
What is happening instead is that the top edge of the window stays in place and the bottom edge moves. This is quite frustrating when I have the guide sitting against the base of my screen, often it extends off the screen.

I have looked everywhere, but I can't find an option to change the windows anchor, am I blind?

Try toggling the upside down mode again. Sounds like something didn't take right unless you are putting the guide viewer at the top left corner of the screen.

That... actually fixed it. I had tried that 4 or 5 times, that's so strange!
