Game viewer is not changing automatically in ESO

Is this intended that I have to manually click on the guide viewer because is not even changing automatically like in World of Warcraft.

If you mean the steps not advancing automatically that is a limitation in ESO and the addon interface and there is not much we can do about it right now until there are improvements made by Zenimax to the addon interface.
