Client not working right

The client window would not open on the 1st "page" and the back button did nothing. I understand something on WoWs end was preventing syncing. Zygor was functional in game until I attempted to fix the client issue. I removed Zygor & Java, reinstalled both (Java 1st.) The client still opens like the pic but isn't available in game. When does live support open EST?? I need some serious help.

So you are unable to click that left arrow at the bottom right corner of the desktop client? When you removed the client for the reinstall, what steps did you take to remove it?

Well I tried going through the uninstall but it wasn't listed. So I deleted it from the program folders then I emptied the recycle bin.

There should be an uninstall.exe file in the folder where you installed the client. I would suggest running that and when you install it again do not install it into the Program Files folder, allow it to install into it's default location in your AppData folder.

thought it was java so where is the install folder

By default the client is installed in your AppData/Roaming/Zygor Guides Client folder on Windows. You can get to that folder easily by pressing WinKey + R to open the Run command and type in %appdata%.
