Legion intro & artifacts guide

I'm a level 102 shaman and ready to get my other artifact weapons. The guide appears to be making redo the intro to legion quests but of course none of those quest givers are available. How do I continue on with getting my other artifacts? I have the elemental artifact and want the enhancement maces. I can use the arrows and skip ahead and find my green completed quests but it does not allow me to continue forward. I have opened up wow/cache and deleted all in there. I then renamed interface and WTF folders to old and reinstalled zygor, no change. I've truly enjoyed zygor up until this point.
