Since the 7.2 patch the addon seems confused as to how to get to world quests. For example, The creeping mists quest in Stormheim. From dalaran the addon tells me to hearth to Shal'aron, which is normal. But then it tells me to take the portal to twilight vineyards, and run to the quest from there. Thats a long run. It used to tell me to walk out of the cave and take the flight path to the nearest one to the quest in Stormheim.

Talk to a flight master in the Legion zones so that the guide can see what flight paths you know. It sounds like maybe the travel system has 'forgotten' where you can fly so isn't suggesting flights.

Talking to a flight master works, however I have to do this every day now. It seems to forget which flight paths I have available upon logout.

Hmm, try going to your WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there. If it's not saving the flight points into the files properly they may be corrupted so deleting them will allow the game to create new files that should then save the flights properly.
