    In-game keep telling me my Elite expires every month when I've paid monthly

    Hi,
    Every month when the subscription rolls over, I get the Elite membership expired dialog box when I log into the realm even though the payment is made automatically.

    Is there some trick to getting my account recognized reliably without having to uninstall and re-install the entire Zygor updater app?

    It's always on the 2nd or 3rd of the month...

    You just need to update the license file. Please run the desktop client, click the refresh button in the top right, then click on the wrench icon in the bottom right to do a Scan & Repair.


    We recommend that you allow the desktop client to run in the background and startup with your computer but if you do not do that you should run it at least once every couple of days so it can keep all files (including the license file) updated.

      This is basically done to ensure people have a relatively current version of the addon, as we used to get a lot of technical support requests that were simply users running outdateds versions of the addon.

        I launch WoW using the Zygor launcher so it's being run every day.
        I also don't see the "wrench" in the bottom right?

        When license fails, I do a "Repair" and it basically re-installs everything.

          just checked and you guys have a new client.

          Why does the auto update on the my client not update to your latest version??

          question : if i install the new desktop client, and for some reason I decide to stop my subscription, do I get my paid guides back?
          Those would be the guides from pre-Legion or pre-WoD, i think

            That white client you were using was dropped about 2 years ago. The new client and the old client are completely different programming codes and that is why it can't update itself automatically to the new client.

            And yes, any guides you had purchased before the subscription will always be available to you.

              i must be living under a stone and suffering unduly for 2 years

              i've installed the new client. let's hope the expiry popup don't make an appearance in May.

              thanks though. glad i asked, else I may be using the old client for another 2 years.
