This site says I am paid up. Scan and repair as well as reinstall, has no effect on ingame message. I WILL NOT reinstall java like I had to last month just to get this working.

Try restarting your computer and then run the client again.

I have the same issue each month it seems. There has to be a better way than to ask your customers to restart their computers and the run your client. IMHO It really needs to be addressed server side in some manner as it is really annoying.

Normally clicking the refresh button on the desktop client and then using the wrench icon to scan & repair is all it takes if it doesn't update the license file automatically. If that doesn't work then the computer restart should do the trick.

Also having same issue, I have done refresh, scan and repair and restarted my PC... still no Elite which went out of my PayPal yesterday...

Hello, I appear to be having the same issue. However it says trial on the website, as well as the addon.
I've performed the mentioned troubleshooting steps. Completely reinstalled addon, scanned & repair as well as restarting my computer.
My bank was debited via Paypal yesterday.
Could you please advise? Cheers

Sorry about that, our system was having trouble this morning with updating accounts that had successful subscription payments. We managed to fix it, though, and our system is slowly (so we don't crash the server by flooding them in all at once) processing everything that was stuck. If you're still having this issue after the next hour or so, please contact us via our Support page and we'll investigate for you.

I am currently having the same problem. This is the second month in a row that this has happened, says I am no longer a elite member yet I am paying for it!!!

Xclusiveyoda, your account just didn't update properly when the renewal went thru yesterday. That is fixed now so try again.

It shows up now in main Zygor client but as soon as i log in its still blank and only leveling and starting guide are showing up ive repaired, uninstalled etc but its still not working
