Guide Not Loading

My guide is only loading starting areas and no longer the full amount of guides it once offered. I am a full member and my subscription is paid and up to date. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it twice and repaired it twice but still will not work and it notified me to report this to you. I sent a email to support but have yet to hear back. Could someone help me to fix the problem asap.

It should be working correctly now so please use the wrench icon on the desktop client to do a scan & repair.
