Locale Issue

When doing Order Hall quests I usually go on pilot mode and just follow the guide. At step 1600 something (Warlock) I'm asked to talk to Murr and place an order; found myself in Azsuna instead of walking up to him back in the Class Hall.

Was that step for a specific quest or was it just so you could get some armaments for something else?

Mmmm, It's part of the "Order Hall Quests" guide, so a specific quest you need to pick up from the NPC and complete before you can move on (in the guide).
