Lead the fight against the legion??

I'm doing the Azsuna quests and the guide says to "Lead the fight against the legion." What does that mean?? What am I supposed to do?

That's just the name of the objective you're working on completing in that area. Once you kill enough enemies and/or click enough books that objective will be completed.

Is the quest still up cause on my character cant do it...the quest dont appear

That may be a bonus objective in the area. Those vanish upon hitting 110, but should show up still automatically if you're under cap.

This is from a scenario. Have you done everything in the guide up to this point? Have you maybe already done this previously and the guide just is stopping on that step by mistake?
