[BUG] One of the settings doesn't save and resets on every character login

The option "Default to Zygor Sell tab when opening Auction House panel" doesn't get saved when I log out of the character.

I want this option unchecked so when I open the AH, it opens the default first tab, but when I relog, the option stays ticked and opens the Zygor Sell tab again.

Please fix this

Try doing a full guide wipe/reset.


1. exit WoW
2. go to the WoW/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder
3. go to the WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there
4. run the desktop client and install a fresh copy of the guides
5. go back in game to test and let me know if that fixed it

Deleting the cache is a temporary solution to the problem. I found out what the problem is:

Since I use multiple profiles, when a new profile gets created, the option gets ticked and the issue starts appearing - if I untick it, it stays unticked until relog. Hope this helps!

Deleting the cache? My steps didn't say anything about deleting the cache. Did you try step 3 where you are deleting the Zygor files inside the WTF folder? That would help to see if your settings files have become corrupted.

Yeah, that's what I meant by "cache", sorry. I did all the things you told me to do and I posted the result I got. And I also posted the steps to reproduce the issue
