Looks like the system is not seeing the Strength on the Cuirass and is counting it as Intelligence so there is no score for the Strength stat. The Cuirass is probably the better choice when you add in the Strength score. I'll pass this on to our dev team so they can investigate it to see why it's scoring Intelligence instead of Strength.

Had you by chance switched specs from Holy to Protection when you saw this? Since it's trying to score Intelligence it might have had this item cached as being an Int. item.

No. I had just received the item but had not changed spec.
