Option to get rid of 'Follow the path' waypoints

They're usually very inefficient and convoluted, I can usually find my way to the final objective much much faster and without weird pathing.

Is there an option to get rid of these? I couldn't find one.
Every single 'Follow the path' needs to go, in my opinion.

Those will automatically get skipped if your on a flying mount and flying. Other than that there isn't a way to keep the arrow from pointing at them when you're on the ground. It looks like you either are trying to hide the travel routes in the step display (visual only) or it didn't update for the new waypoint where you need to go which might be an addon conflict. You can always click on the line for the person you're supposed to talk to and that should tell the arrow to point to that last waypoint in the line.

Clicking on the line works but that seems like a silly solution, having to do that every single quest? and having to wait until I can fly is also silly, (Also there's no addon conflict).

Considering every single one of those steps says just about the same text, I assume it couldn't be THAT hard to make an over-ride for them or a skip for them.

Also in regards of it not updating where I need to go, if I don't walk over any of the bubbles or close enough to them, it will just point to the first one until I walk over one of the points, or complete the task at hand, one time it wanted me to walk around a whole mountain to start the foot path chain, when instead I could just walk a few feet and skip the mountain, or jump over something etc, idk. For now I will manually click every time, but I hope in the future you could consider a skip for these.
