Issue upgrading guide

Hi

I am trying to upgrade my guides to include horde and it keeps saying error with recurring payments.
I checked on paypal and i had cancelled the recurring payment a while ago but apparently the merchant has to reactivate. i cant do it myself through paypal

I have cleared out the billing information and this should allow you to get signed up with the payment method of your choice.
