Can't install ESO guide 1.3.16966???

I click install but its not downloading the entire guide, just empty folders?? ;ZygorGuidesViewer - Arrows - Stealth and thats it, please help me with this issue.Zygor.PNG

Fixed it I had to changed the addon install directory since for some reason it wouldn't install in the default directory in "My Documents". So I just changed it to my ESO main installation folder and then copy-pasted it from there to the "Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns" and it work!! WooHoo!!
