Any plans to make more ESO guides other than leveling and cp?

I am not aware of any plans for this currently but that does not mean it will never happen, just that no one has told me they're thinking about it.

while there are no plans to make any new eso zygor guides will there be any plans to update zygor itself like how it looks and functions on wow

We are unable to make it function like in WoW because ESO uses a completely different addon API with different addon functions available.
