When following the guide for leveling 64-80 in Nagrand, at level 68 and my reputation with Kurenai at Honored I did not find Wing Commander Nuainn at Nagrand 40:54 as the guide suggests. But in reviewing Wowhead, the quest Visions of Destruction can be turned in to Wing Commander Nuainn in Shadowmoon Valley at 39.5, 53.71 in the Wildbhammer Stronghold.
Not sure if this is a bug or just the result of my reputation with Kurenai being at Honored.
