    Zygor Sync - Conflict?

Hi there. For the past couple of days I have had this (Screenshot Added Below) issue where it won't sync, whether I am in Game or watching Youtube... It will close the game and pop up Syncing issues? I always select Zygor cloud and check off 'Use this option for any reaming conflicts'. It still does this every few hours or so. I started trying to use the 'This Computer option' with the same box ticked, same issue arises.

I have reinstalled Zygor completely and it still does it? Under my Zygor Sync Tab (photo Attached) I have it set to 'Auto Sync...' and always have before.

    Thank you.

Where do you have the client installed? Have you tried running the client as an admin?

      Program Files x86 > Wow > interface > Addons

I just closed Zygor, went to the program file and ticked for 'Run as Administrator'. I'll let you know if it didn't help. If it does, thanks!

Having it installed in the Program Files folders can sometimes cause permission issues which is why we default the client installation into the AppData/Roaming folder. The client can be installed anywhere on your computer, it's only the guide files that need to be in the WoW folder and the client will make sure they get put there for you.

Ah, Appdata was Default hidden, I have hidden files shown now. It is in: Disc C > USers >Myname > Appdata > Roaming > Zygor Guides Client.

I have been playing wow for about 20 or so minutes now and it just popped up the exact same Zygor Sync page as in my first picture. This file and .exe file for Zygor is already ticked as Run as Administrator as well.

Hmm, should only pop that up once per client run. Was that the first time you saw it since starting the client?

Yes, so far today. Yesterday and the 2 days before that was fairly frequent though. Not sure if its possible, or a good suggestion even, but the ONLY issue I have with it doing this is that it will close anything I have open in the foreground in windows 10. Wow will close/minimize and I will only encounter the Sync window, especially annoying if in a raid/dungeon. If I am watching youtube or doing work email, Zygor Sync will take the foreground application and over rule it.

Maybe have it coded (again I have no idea how any of this works, lol) so it doesn't take priority over other open window. Maybe just like other software has a notification, their icon on the taskbar will blink. If I am the only one with this issue its probably not worth the effort/time/labor to do that and is totally understandable.

I believe it's coded that it should not pop that up when WoW is running however that could be bugged. We'll have to check into it.

Just adding that i've been getting this for the last couple of weeks quite a few times a day. Tried the options listed in previous replies but no joy.

You could disable the automatic sync in the client settings to prevent it from doing that. You would then have to manually go in and save a backup of your settings file if you want to keep a backup or have it available for putting onto another computer.

I've had this issue for some time now. I happens at the worst times sometimes and as the OP said takes over everything, bombs back to the desktop with the sync pop up. I admit I've done nothing about it and only noticed this post because I was looking for something else I was having a problem with.
