If you still have both of those items could you test to see if it makes that same suggestion if you strip and put everything into the bank so the 2 wrist items are the only thing you have and also disable all other addons? I doubt it would change anything but just covering the testing bases with that. We'll look into it on our end to see if we spot anything.

I've had this issue multiple times with many different Items. Also Items just not even being equipped/suggested to be equipped when they are clearly an upgrade. At this stage I've just stopped using the gear guide altogether because it just plain doesn't work at all.

The message about item level is wrong as well - the old one is 35, the new one 42.
