Can't login to members area

I am unable to log in to the members area. My installation is out of date and the new one isn't showing on the client screen. I have a monthly rolling subscription so that should be fine.

I see the green success button on the login screen, but then I get the menbers area is restricted message.

That means you have a bad cookie. Clear your browser's cookies and you'll be able to get logged in.
