New beta Zygor client Firewall / virus scanner warning

    Hello,

I have installed the Zygor beta client. My firewall from Windows and Norton say that it not safe was. Can you fix this for the next people. I accept the warning. You dont have virus or malware files in the instalation folder i hope so.

You are getting a false positive. Whenever you have any doubts about a file you should use Virus Total to see if it is really infected or not since all anti-virus software eventually have a false positive result.

Thats great and all, but I had to uninstall my antivirus because that was literally the only way to get it to run. I know it was a false, but me knowing does nothing at all. The issue is you need to fix whatever it is that's causing false positives.

This won't be an issue in the non-beta version of the client. It's an issue because the app is brand new and hasn't built up verification trust and it is unsigned. We should have both those issues resolved by the time it becomes the official client.

          Get a better antivirus...
Kaspersky allows me to temporarily disable it, or add exceptions.
