Precise Travel Directions

With the new Zygor Guides Viewer, I noticed the setting "Precise Travel Directions On/Off". Is this something new, or was it available before but something I didn't notice?

In either case, can you give me a brief description of "on" vs. "off"? I did a forum search and didn't see any mention of this feature -- so, I apologize if this has been answered or if the answer is available somewhere on the site (I couldn't find it via search.)

It was there before. It simply hides you seeing the different travel lines on a guide step. So lines that say follow this path or go up this hill will be hidden in the step display but the arrow will still take you to those places if you hide the directions. If you have the directions turned on then you'll see that in the step as well and you can click on any of the direction lines to change the arrow to point to that one instead.
