Alliance, Drustar page 84, "Talk to Abby Lewis". She's nowhere to be found in this location.

Thank you for the reply. I back tracked to step 1 and everything is green. I'm pretty much stuck and can't proceed

Try logging out and back in. That sometimes helps for odd things like this.

I tried logging out and she still didn't appear. I also tried to skip ahead but the next quest giver wasn't visable.

I do not have any other ideas for how to help. Too busy responding to everyone that I can't get in to do any testing of things.

Same here. The NPC does not exist in the area specified in the guide at the moment. I have also completed all other quests up to this point. At this point further questing is not possible.

I understand. Unfortunately I've been dead in the water for 2 hrs and can't proceed. I must be in the middle of a quest chain because the next quests aren't available yet. And I was off to such a good start too

Seems like she is bugged for a lot of people. You might be able to skip over that and keep going at Barrowknoll Cemetary.

I logged out and back in. There was a hot fix and now she's here. We're all good

This is why I don't play the first couple of days after a new expansion goes live.
