Stormsong Valley: Missing Quest

I'm at step 256 in Stormsong Valley. The guide is telling me to enter a house and click Crumbling Letter, to get the quest 'Ruin Has Come', but there is nothing I can click on in the house. I've looked up the quest on Wowhead, and watched the vid someone posted. I'm in the right location, but the quest isn't available to me.

Try logging out and back into the game to see if it shows up then.

Thanks for reporting, we are currently working through all of the BFA leveling guides, fixing things that changed from beta to live. We will take a look at this quest.

I experienced the same problem. The good thing is this doesn't look like a "chapter" quest.

I'd tried that before I posted, but the quest still wasn't available.

I logged out, logged back in. Even just restarted the game. Nothing.

Someone on Wowhead said that you need to be 120 to do the quest

You seem to be right, according to wowhead the quest it starts is a level 120 quest:
