Can;t update credit card zip code

My account is marked as past due, I only have access to 90-100 guides.
I attempt to enter new credit card information (zip code) and I see a subscription already active message.

I have cleared out the past due sub and that will let you get a new one started.

Spoke too soon, I'm activated but I can't see the latest guides. I uninstalled and re-installed the client.

Ideas?

Exit the game, run the client, click the refresh icon at the top right, then use the wrench icon near the bottom right to reinstall the guides.
