Updating Client

The updates for Gold & Auction update is Stuck on Connecting. i rest Client and everything but it won't update??

We had to temporarily disable the AH data to reduce the stress on the server during the busy launch. We will have it available for download again as soon as we can.

I am having a similar issue in that neither auction data OR the guides will update. I read the previous post and understand the need to disable the AH data temporarily, but the client has been telling me for a couple of days now that a WoW guide update is available from version 7.0.18706 to 7.0.18710 and when I click the update button, it goes through all the motions (progress info etc) as if it's installing correctly, but when it stops moving it still says I have version 7.0.18706 and there is still the same update available. I tried downloading the new beta client instead (which I have to say is nicer looking and *seems* to run faster as claimed, although I don't have a lot to judge that on right now) but it does the same thing as the Java-based one, goes through the update process but then snaps back to same old guide version installed with update available.

We are checking into this to get it fixed and the update out.
