Zuldazar - Step 76 is incorrect

Step 76 in the Zuldazar guide is incorrect. It is telling me to talk to Hexlord Raal and accept the quest "Pa'ku, Master of Winds" however the quest is not available at this NPC which is causing me to get stuck.

The quest before this one, I had to choose between Gonk and some Pterra creature. I chose Gonk which is the raptor.

Rather frustrating seeing the guides in this much of a mess, this early in the expansion. These are quests you get around level 110 and it is impossible to get this guide to work correctly as it keeps wanting you to pick up quests which are not available.

I had the exact same problem i reported here yesterday as you can check all the problems i had, you can skipp that step from Hexlord Raal , and skip the pa'ku totem steps too just go walk manually , and dont forget to visit first Gonk , for you to be able to unlock a chain quest that leads you to Zondali and other 2 NPCs. After i did that the guide start working good again just have to get those tweaks.
